Founded in 2012 by Jason Scott and Mike Aikman - the brains behind renowned Edinburgh cocktail bars Bramble and Lucky Liquor - we want to make sure people can have delicious, creative drinks without having to trek up the hill into the city centre.

Edinburgh serves as a gateway to the best of what Scotland can offer and we’ve always tried to echo that idea with a range of more than a hundred whiskies from across the country and beyond. Our constantly evolving selection features interesting bottles from well-known distilleries and unique bottlings from shiny new up-and-comers while our bartenders are always happy to guide guests towards a dram that will work for them.

In addition to our curated collection of single malt and blended Scotch whiskies, we’re passionate about finding great flavour across everything we do and our shelves are filled with a wide selection of spirits and liqueurs to suit all moods, wines from across the world, and craft beers from all over Scotland and beyond.
